~These terms are subject to change and you must follow any new terms stated. By commissioning me or owning my creations/ designs, you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms of service.CURRENCY/PAYMENT
~USD ONLY.
~ PayPal & Cash App accepted.(Some fee’s may apply)REFUNDS & RETURNS
~I reserve the right to decline or cancel a service (with immediate refund if applicable)
~refunds can be issued in full before a commission has started ,however if the commission is to far along a full refund will not be possible due to the time and labour of the illustration. (certain situations may not apply)TURNAROUND TIME
~ My typical turnaround time for commissions can be anywhere from a week to 1 month (from the date of receiving full payment); I will inform you if there are likely to be any delays. If you have any concerns on what stage your commission is at please contact me directly.( certain projects are subject to a time change)OTHER POLICIES
~ I reserve the right to reject any commission I feel is outside my means or time.
~ I reserve the right to use completed & in-completed artworks as references & examples
~ I refuse to accept commissions that involve racism, sexism, underage sexual content and anti-LGBTQA.
~ You may not up charge my illustrations for counter profit
~ You reserve the right to post progress of your commission however you must credit me properly when doing so.
~ you reserve the right to post the finished commission however you must credit me properly when doing so.
~ I do not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 14.NSFW
~YOU MUST BE 18+ TO PURCHASE ADULT CONTENT FROM MY SHOP!
~I create artwork occasionally containing: mature themes, sexual themes, explicit sexual content, artistic nudity, gore, violence, suicidal topics, substance use, & weapons
~ if you are considering a NSFW commission from me you are required to contact me directly before doing so. Please note that these commissions may take more time than my average commissions do.EXTRA FEES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
